03 LOGISTICS OPTIMIZATION

Cost, time and equipment through route optimization

One of the standout features of our system is that it optimizes the route and delivery process of fuel distribution vehicles with AI-powered algorithms. The logistics management system analyses vehicle positions, live traffic data and delivery priorities at the same time to determine the most efficient route.

The three things optimization manages are linked: on the cost side, duplicate distance and fuel consumption; on the time side, trip duration and keeping to the delivery window; on the equipment side, how much of the vehicle and tanker capacity is actually used. The same delivery list is completed over a shorter route, with fewer vehicles and to a predictable schedule.

If a delivery takes place outside the operating zones defined in advance, or a route deviation is detected, the system steps in immediately. Audible and visual warnings are raised and the control center is notified automatically. That prevents product losses, raises customer satisfaction and gives you maximum control over field operations.

Same-Day Resequencing

When a cancellation, delay or new order comes in, the remaining stops are resequenced the same day and the updated order reaches the driver on the in-vehicle tablet.

DIAGRAM · ONE DELIVERY LIST, TWO DIFFERENT SEQUENCES The depot, the stops and the delivery volumes are identical in both panels; the only thing that changes is the visiting order. In the unplanned sequence the route crosses itself (marked with red crosses), and those doublings back turn into duplicate distance. In the optimized sequence the same points are visited as a single loop, and the geofenced zone is completed in one pass. Because the delivery window, breaks and traffic density all enter the plan, arrival times become predictable: delays show up in the plan, not in the field.

THE CONSTRAINTS THE OPTIMIZER TAKES INTO ACCOUNT
  • Time window: The hours in which each customer can receive a delivery are defined as a constraint, so any sequence that falls outside the window is eliminated at the planning stage.
  • Vehicle and compartment capacity: Tanker compartment volume and the type of product carried are both taken into account, so no load exceeds capacity or is left half filled.
  • Geofence: Because the defined operating zones enter the plan, a stop outside the boundary is never added to the sequence by mistake.
  • Traffic and road conditions: Live traffic data affects route duration, so at peak times the same distance is planned in a different order.
  • Driver hours: Trip duration, breaks and maximum driving time are all taken into account, keeping the plan compliant.
  • Priority deliveries: Urgent or contractually prioritized deliveries go to the front of the sequence, and the remaining stops are ordered around them.

Cloud camera system: reach it from anywhere

The Cloud Camera System streams footage from every tanker in your fuel distribution fleet to the central management platform over cloud infrastructure in real time. Live and recorded footage can be reached from any device with an internet connection, strengthening operational control between the field and the center.

High-resolution footage is stored securely in the cloud and can be reported on easily whenever needed. Real-time critical alerts let managers monitor and audit tanker operations in the field continuously, and the visual record supports decisions focused on safety and efficiency.

05 DRIVER ANALYSIS

Smart monitoring that protects lives

The Createch Driver Analysis System monitors the in-cab behavior of fuel tanker drivers in real time using AI-powered cameras. It detects safety violations such as phone use, smoking and not wearing a seat belt automatically, and warns both the driver and the control center immediately.

The system exists to protect human life, prevent workplace accidents and hold safety standards in dangerous goods transport at the highest level.

If the driver picks up a phone while driving, the system detects it immediately, issues an audible and visual warning, and reports the event to the center automatically.

See the unseen, prevent accidents

On heavy vehicles, the blind spots outside the driver's field of view are one of the most serious accident risks in traffic. The Createch Blind Spot Radar System uses radar sensors to detect pedestrians, animals and both motorized and non-motorized vehicles in the blind spots at the front, sides and rear of the vehicle in real time.

By alerting the driver with audible and visual warnings, the system helps prevent accidents before they happen.
