Explore the BLE PlatformLive platform data is indexed as vectors and interpreted together with a language model. Your question is answered instantly, and the same result turns into an Excel report.
Explore the CreaAI LayerThe BLE location network, cold storage and line automation run in the facility; telemetry, cameras, radar and vision analysis run on the vehicle. The load handed over at the loading dock by RF-ID or barcode merges into the same data model.
Explore the Solution ChainVehicle position, live traffic, the delivery window and vehicle capacity are weighed at the same time, and the most efficient sequence is calculated. Distance and trip time fall, and the same work is completed with fewer vehicles.
Explore Route OptimizationMixer drum automation, geofence control, event-based recording and central data collection from factory machines come together on one platform.

Our products are not standalone boxes; they are a chain that sits on one platform. Data from a machine on the production line, from a temperature sensor in the cold store, from a barcode read at the loading dock and from the camera of a vehicle out on the road all merge into the same data model.

Every layer merges into one data model
ONE INTERFACE · ONE PERMISSION MODEL · ONE REPORTING LAYERThe layer that runs inside the building: who is where, how many degrees each compartment is, and what the line is producing.
Staff, forklifts, pallets and equipment become visible through BLE tags. Field gateways collect the tag broadcasts and the RTLS engine turns them into positions; dangerous-proximity, geofence-breach and emergency-assembly scenarios all run on the same network.
Temperature and humidity sensors in the storage compartments are read continuously; a threshold breach raises an alarm and the event is logged. The same monitoring continues without a break through the in-vehicle sensors once the goods are loaded.
PLC-based process control, machine data collection and SCADA visualization are built by our own engineering team. Downtime, cycle time and unit output flow to the platform over the same line.
The moment the goods pass to the vehicle: what was loaded, who signed for it and which document was issued.
Pallets, crates and cases are read by RF-ID tag or barcode at the loading dock and booked onto the vehicle. The scanned load is compared against the dispatch order, so anything missing, extra or loaded onto the wrong vehicle is caught before it leaves the door.
The driver sees the day's delivery sequence, customer details and load contents on the in-vehicle tablet. Quantity confirmation, partial delivery, returns and refusals are captured on the tablet at the delivery point, with a signature and photo attached to the transaction.
The load list verified at loading becomes the source for the delivery note, and the quantity confirmed at delivery becomes the source for the invoice. Documents are created on the platform and pushed to your existing ERP or e-document infrastructure; the record in the field and the document in accounting come from the same data.
The hardware layer that runs on the road: position and telemetry, video, surround sensing and driving safety.
Position, speed, fuel, door, drum and sensor data are collected by the on-board unit and sent to the center. The driver sees the task sequence and any alerts on the in-vehicle tablet.
Cameras covering the area around the vehicle carry live and recorded footage to the control center over the cloud. Critical events are backed up automatically, and the archive is filtered and reported event by event.
Approaching objects in the vehicle's blind spot are detected by radar and the driver gets an audible and visual warning. On heavy vehicles this cuts the risk of accidents while maneuvering.
Footage from the in-cab and surround cameras is analyzed on the vehicle: phone use, smoking, seat belt, fatigue and distraction are detected and scored automatically.
Location and temperature data from inside the facility, production records from line automation, the barcode and RF-ID reads captured at loading, the delivery confirmations taken on the tablet, and the telemetry, camera, radar and vision analysis output from the vehicle all come together in one data model on the Crealog platform. CreaAI sits on top of that body of data: a question asked in plain language is answered from the platform's own records, and the same result turns into an Excel report.
We design and manufacture the hardware behind the solutions we deliver, and develop the embedded software and platform layers with our own team. So when a requirement changes, we can address it at source instead of running into a supplier's limits.
We do the schematic and PCB design of the electronic boards used in our solutions ourselves, and manufacture them in house as well.
We also develop the embedded software that runs on those boards ourselves. Because the team that designs the hardware writes the software too, the two layers advance together.
We deliver every technology we offer through the shared platform we built ourselves, so different solutions can be monitored and managed from a single place.
Our team comes from electronic design, embedded software and application development and works together on the same product line; solutions are carried from analysis through to commissioning by that team.
